Shipping & Returns


We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more. For orders less than $25, we charge a flat rate of $7.50. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination and availability. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days after it’s placed, and you can expect to receive it within 3-7 business days after leaving our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Some products may have slightly longer lead times due to availability. We will contact you with any possible delays beyond the above-mentioned timeframe.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at or call 440-606-6557 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number & the items you want to return. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with the RMA number and instructions on how to ship the items back to us.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  •  All returns must have a valid RMA number. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • All returns must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with the original packaging and accessories.
  • All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the RMA number. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending you the wrong or defective item).
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow another 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
