We source our products both domestically and internationally to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products at the best possible price. All suppliers to BoltsandNuts.com are audited to ensure that proper quality control processes are in place and are being utilized.

Returns are accepted with a valid RMA number issued by BoltsandNuts.com. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to credits covering the approved return of material. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be in their original containers bearing BoltsandNuts.com labels.

We are committed to having adequate inventory on every item we offer. Occasionally, we may not have stock on an item. If that is the case, you will be notified of the shortage and quoted an approximate lead time for shipment. If that lead-time is not satisfactory to you, we will gladly refund your money on that item. If you choose to wait for that item, you will not be charged a separate shipping fee.

All electroplated or coated products are furnished in accordance with commercial practices for electroplate or coating processes and are not represented or held out as meeting specific consensus, government, original equipment, or any other coating standards. All thread-gauging requirements are applicable prior to plating/coating.

As a policy, we do not provide torque recommendations for our fasteners. There are a variety of variables that must be considered when applying the proper fastening torque. We suggest that you consult the Original Equipment Manufacturer for guidance.

All orders shipping within the U.S. will typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day transit times). It is however, our discretion to ship via any carrier as we deem necessary.

Generally, we ship all orders no later than the next business day. We understand how just a few fasteners can hold up an entire project, and we are mindful of that.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Yes! All orders placed over $25 are shipped free of charge within the 50 United States. Orders totaling under $25 are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.50. The MacDaddy XL Fastener Assortments do not include free shipping. Please contact sales for a pricing quote.

Yes. We keep certifications on file for all applicable products we sell. Certifications can be requested via email at info@boltsandnuts.com. Please provide the product description, size and lot number in your email. There is a fee of $10 per lot number for this service.
