The Tekton 18-Piece Punch Set with Walnut Block has four punch types that are carefully machined to meet exact tolerances: pin punches, roll pin punches, solid punches, and center punches. Each punch is individually heat treated to harden and strengthen the tip while maintaining the soft temper of the striking end. The striking end absorbs hammer blows without chipping. Each tool is made from 5160 high carbon steel and finished with a dry, rust-preventative coating. The sizes are marked with a high-visibility laser marking. All Tekton punches and chisels are made in the USA. The solid walnut block stand is designed to keep your punches organized and quickly accessible on your work bench. Included adhesive pads help keep the block from moving. The punch sizes are laser engraved on the top surface of the block with large, permanent markings that are easy to read. The block is finished in our Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility with walnut oil that resists moisture and prevents deterioration over time.
