Refund policy

1. Business Customers’ Limited Warranty
BoltsandNuts.com warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Any products deemed to be defective by BoltsandNuts.com shall be remedied by either product replacement or the purchase price refunded.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Online Fastener Group for each return. Returns are subject to the approval of BoltsandNuts.com in its sole discretion. Items that are shipped without an RMA number will be refused. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. No returns will be allowed after 30 days. A 15% restock fee will be applied to all returns. Special orders cannot be returned. Product must be returned in BoltsandNuts.com’s original packaging bearing traceability numbers. All returns must be sent via prepaid freight.

3. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO ANY BUSINESS CUSTOMER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY STATE LAW.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BOLTSANDNUTS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. BOLTSANDNUTS.COM’s LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
