What Is Your Shipping Policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more. For orders less than $25, we charge a flat rate of $7.50. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination and availability. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days after it’s placed, and you can expect to receive it within 3-7 business days after leaving our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Some products may have slightly longer lead times due to availability. We will contact you with any possible delays beyond the above-mentioned timeframe.

Returns are accepted with a valid RMA number issued by BoltsandNuts.com. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to credits covering the approved return of material. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be in their original containers bearing BoltsandNuts.com labels.

BoltsandNuts.com warrants that the products furnished shall substantially conform to the relevant industry standards in effect at the time of order acceptance. The foregoing warranties shall not apply if the products have been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, reuse, or modification. However, no warranty of suitability for any particular purpose, nor any representation of warranty, whether express or implied, is made respecting said products or the production thereof, and in no event shall BoltsandNuts.com be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or in connection with the uses of the products even if BoltsandNuts.com has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
BoltsandNuts.com will replace, at the delivery point specified on the face hereof, any product furnished hereunder that is found to be defective or otherwise fails to conform, or at BoltsandNuts.com's option, it will repay the price paid for such product, plus any transportation charges paid by the purchaser. Claims must be made within 30 days following delivery of the product to purchaser and BoltsandNuts.com must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the cause of the claim. BoltsandNuts.com accepts no liability for charges for sorting or rework performed by or for the purchaser without prior written permission of BoltsandNuts.com. Purchaser's exclusive remedy for the failure of BoltsandNuts.com to furnish conforming products or to any warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repayment as provided for above and BoltsandNuts.com shall not be liable to purchaser or anyone else for any other claims or damages, whether direct or indirect, consequential, or incidental. BoltsandNuts.com liability for any other breach of this contract shall be limited to the difference between the delivered price and the market prices of such goods at purchaser's destination at the time of such breach.

We are committed to having adequate inventory on every item we offer. Occasionally, we may not have stock on an item. If that is the case, you will be notified of the shortage and quoted an approximate lead time for shipment. If that lead-time is not satisfactory to you, we will gladly refund your money on that item. If you choose to wait for that item, you will not be charged a separate shipping fee.

Yes. We keep certifications on file for all applicable products we sell. Certifications can be requested via email at info@boltsandnuts.com. Please provide the product description, size and lot number in your email. There is a fee of $10 per lot number for this service.

We source our products both domestically and internationally to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products at the best possible price. All suppliers to BoltsandNuts.com are audited to ensure that proper quality control processes are in place and are being utilized.

As a policy, we do not provide torque recommendations for our fasteners. There are a variety of variables that must be considered when applying the proper fastening torque. We suggest that you consult the Original Equipment Manufacturer for guidance.
