Spiral Flute Screw extractors are made of hardened carbon steel and are used expressly for removing broken or seized screws. They have a left hand spiral flute for removing broken material. Left hand jobber drills are for general purpose drill construction and feature a left hand helix for screw machine applications where spindles rotate counter-clockwise. Left hand drill bits can also be used to drill out broken bolts. Each set comes with one spiral flute screw extractor and matching left hand high speed steel drill bit in a plastic pouch.
