Every fastener purchased from BoltsandNuts.com comes with a free QR-coded bin label. Scanning the label takes you directly to the exact product page for quick reordering. No subscription is required for this feature.

What's included in the B&N Pro subscription?

The Pro plan includes:

  • 10% off most items (with some exclusions — )
  • A seamless checkout experience
  • A BoltsandNuts.com tablet and Bluetooth scanner

Where do I get my specialty bin labels and how much do they cost?

Our bin labels can be created here. They can either be printed for free at home, or purchased from us for $0.15/label.

Do I need a Wi-Fi connection to use B&N Pro?

Yes. A continuous Wi‑Fi connection is required for the tablet and app to function properly.

Can I switch from the Free plan to the Pro plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and all your data carries over instantly.

Are there any discount exclusions?

Yes. The 10% Pro discount does exclude some products and categories ().

Do I need a subscription to use the QR labels?

No. QR-coded labels are free with every fastener purchase and work without a subscription. The subscription only enhances the workflow with automation and hardware.

Who is B&N Pro designed for?

Who owns the tablet and scanner included with my subscription?

All hardware provided through the B&N PRO subscription — including the tablet and Bluetooth scanner — remains the property of Online Fastener Group LLC (BoltsandNuts.com). You are renting the devices as part of your subscription.

What happens if I don't return the devices after canceling my subscription?

You must return both devices within 60 days of your subscription ending. If they are not returned within that window, you will be automatically charged the replacement cost:

  • $150 for the tablet
  • $60 for the scanner
Am I responsible for shipping costs when returning the devices?

Yes. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, whether returning due to cancellation or device damage.

What if the tablet or scanner gets damaged?

If a device is damaged while in your possession, you will be charged a replacement fee:

  • $150 for a damaged tablet
  • $60 for a damaged scanner
Does the B&N PRO subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Both monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Is there a grace period if my payment fails?

Yes. You have a 3‑day grace period after your renewal date to make the payment. After that:

  • A $5 late fee is applied
  • If payment (including the late fee) is not received within 8 total days past the due date, your subscription will be canceled
Do I still get the 10% discount if my payment is late?

No. The 10% discount only applies while your subscription is active and in good standing. If your subscription lapses due to non‑payment, the discount is removed until your account is reinstated.
