Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of specific types of data we hold about you without closing your BoltsandNuts.com account. To make a request, email info@boltsandnuts.com from the email address associated with your account, and tell us which of the following you'd like deleted:

• Saved addresses — shipping/billing addresses stored on your account.
• Push notification data — the device token used to send you order and promo notifications. Deleting this stops push notifications; you can also just turn them off in your device settings.
• Quote/contact requests — information submitted through our RFQ or contact forms.
• Order history — note that some order records may be retained even after a deletion request where required for tax, accounting, or legal recordkeeping.

We'll confirm your identity and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. If you'd rather delete your entire account and all associated data at once, see our account deletion page instead.
