Delete Your Account
If you'd like to permanently delete your BoltsandNuts.com account and associated personal data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the BoltsandNuts.com app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your customer account and personal data from our systems.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you don't have the app installed, or can't sign in, email info@boltsandnuts.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We'll confirm your identity and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your customer profile, saved addresses, and account credentials. Order history required for tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping may be retained as required by law, but is no longer linked to an active account you can log into.
